Here are a few cool websites I surf regularly for movie haps and other useful bits of info:

FALLING ROCKS was first produced in Germany in 1999. This acclaimed contemporary thriller follows six friends on an annual hiking adventure deep in the Arizona desert.
Their lives take an unexpected and irreversible turn when they stumble across a dead parachutist carrying a fortune in uncut diamonds. As the friends hike back toward civilization and argue about whether to keep the precious stones, members of the group begin dying under mysterious circumstances.
Is someone following them? Is there a killer in their midst? The stakes rise as their numbers dwindle. Who will make it out of the desert alive?
Directed by Peter Keglevic, the original cast featured Claudia Michelsen, Koen De Bouw, Christoph Waltz, Anica Dobra, Chiara Schoras and Aleksandar Jovanovic. It aired on the German television network Pro Seiben in 2000.
The rights to produce an English language version reverted to myself and co-writer Ron Peer in 2003. With the help of producers Scott Conditt and Ken Gardiner, the updated U.S. version of FALLING ROCKS is slated for production in March of 2009.
